SMS / Text Messaging Terms

AMES Build sends operational, transactional text messages (SMS) to our employees and subcontractors who are onboarded to active projects — for example daily job-log confirmations, estimate updates, schedule and weather-delay alerts, and invoice or draw-status reminders. This is an internal operational messaging program, not a marketing list.

  • Recipients opt in by providing their mobile number and signing a written consent clause during onboarding, agreeing to receive operational SMS from AMES Build.
  • Message frequency varies based on project activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message; you will receive no further texts. For help, reply HELP, or contact us through the form on amesbuild.com.
  • We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing. Mobile information is used only to deliver the operational messages described above.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data retention & security

Information is retained only as long as needed to serve your inquiry and run active projects. We take reasonable measures to protect it.
